Help
Delivery, returns and more
Can't find your answer? Email us and we'll get back to you within one working day.
hello@azofficialretailer.comHow much is delivery?
UK delivery is free on orders over £100. Below that, standard delivery costs £4.95 and usually arrives in 2–4 working days.
Can I return an item?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn items with their tags attached for a full refund.
Why are the prices lower than in other shops?
We sell previous-season and overstock items, which lets us offer designer pieces below their recommended retail price.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
At the moment we deliver to UK addresses only.
